Ordering your cleanse – Innerglow Goodness Juice Cleanses are available every week unless otherwise noted. All cleanses commence on Tuesdays and need to be ordered with at least 48 hours notice prior to the delivery or pick up of your cleanse. 

Delivery – The delivery of your cleanse is the afternoon before your cleanse commences in between 1pm – 6pm. The life of inner glow goodness juice is 72 hours,  this means for the 1 and 3 day cleanse you will have one delivery, for the 5 day cleanse you will receive two deliveries.

Pick up - Pick up is available from our shop 366 ocean view rd Ettalong beach 

* We LOVE our juice to be as fresh for you as possible! So please be home during the delivery window so you can refrigerate your juices immediately. Please choose your cleanse wisely, considering your delivery days and times.

Please note I, Tira Macgregor & Innerglow Goodness will not be held liable for any abnormal symptoms that could occur during your cleanse. Please seek medical advise if you experience any adverse reactions during your cleanse period.
