Directions for Use
- Diffusion: Use 3 to 4 drops in a diffuser
- Internal use: Dilute 1 drop in 120 ml of water
- Topical use: Apply 1 to 2 drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
